Troubleshooting
Many tracking issues are caused by device permissions, low power modes, connectivity, or an outdated app build.
- Update Peak Journey to the latest version available in the App Store.
- Check iOS Settings for Location, Camera, Photos, Motion, and Notifications permissions.
- Make sure your device has a stable connection before signing in or syncing progress.
- Restart the app if a session, share page, or leaderboard view appears stale.
Legacy iOS Subscriptions and Refunds
Peak Journey 1.1.0 and later is free and has no consumer subscription. Users on version 1.0.0 must update the app to receive unlimited free access; this change is not delivered over the air to the older binary.
If you previously subscribed on iOS, check or cancel the legacy subscription in iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Apple controls billing and refunds. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. You may also email us with your app version and approximate purchase time, but do not send payment-card details or an App Store password.
